Nameserver setup for HAProxy

I just installed HAProxy on a server of mine and created a DNS record on a domain with my HAProxy server IP.

Now when I add that DNS as my nameserver on another domain, the domain won’t ping to the HAProxy server.

Can anyone guide me on how I can get my HAProxy server to work with a custom nameserver?

So when I add that nameserver to a domain of mine, it should run on the HAProxy load balancing server.
