SSL handshake failure after heartbeat HAProxy 2.0

I am passing ssl traffic from the NLB to HAProxy and then SSL offloading is taking place on HAProxy. Requests are working as expected. Another weird part is its not happening all the time. But when its hapenning, the log is getting flooded.
Reload/Restart seems to solve it temporarily.
