Use_backend with acl url_reg failed after upgrade from 1.8 -> 2.2

Hello,

with upgrade to 2.2 my acl for use_backend directive no longer work. I’ve no idea what happen:

    acl is_testxy url_reg ^\/testxy/.*
    acl is_testxy url_reg ^\/testxy
    use_backend Backend-web2 if is_testxy

any ideas?
