Content-Type Header with HAPRoxy 2.1.10

Hi,

We are trying to upgrade to HAProxy version 2.1.10 and we see few compatibility issues .

1. All headers are showing as small case: what is the solution if we need to show as it is ?
2. Content-Type is missing from the header : what will be the fix ?
