Always getting 127.0.0.1 on backend

Hello,
I’m always getting 127.0.0.1 in my log despite I’ve tried to insert option forwardfor

I’ve read guides and searched for a solution but couldn’t make it happen. Most of the configurations where already there. I’ve added backend, frontend and proxy forward. hers is my configurations:
