I tried following this tutorial Syslog forwarding | HAProxy config tutorials but I didn’t find a solution. the logs are written to the syslog server with the IP address of the haproxy host and not of the client that generates the log. If instead I activate the TCP front-end and a backend with send-proxy-v2 I see the address of the source machine arrive. Using log-forward which I would prefer to also use by setting send-proxy-v2 the fields arrive empty. Can anyone kindly help me?
