After enabling the QUIC 0RTT configuration (allow-0RTT), when the client’s 0RTT packet arrives at haproxy before the quic initial packet, I noticed that haproxy will reply with some content for each 0RTT packet（see attached figure）. May I ask what these contents are. I am unable to decrypt these contents using Wireshark, and the client will encounter connection issues upon receiving these packets.
